NYB PARK/FACILITY RULES

Park Rules

We welcome everyone to Noblesville Youth Baseball’s “Field of Dreams” facility. Our program is pleased to host your children, families, and teams at our ballpark. We want your visit to our park to an enjoyable experience.

To ensure all players, coaches, parents, and spectators have an enjoyable and safe visit, Noblesville Youth Baseball has the following park rules that must be followed:

·         For tournaments, there is a $10 parking fee per car that covers the entire weekend.  Funds from this fee go directly into maintaining the facility.

·         NYB is a tobacco-free facility. We are located on school property where smoking is prohibited.  Violators will be asked to leave the facility.

·         No scooters (manual or electric), skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, or bicycles allowed.

·         No sunflower seeds and no gum on any turf fields- This is a Zero Tolerance Policy.  The Head coach will be ejected if players violate this rule.

·         No pets allowed.

·         No alcohol at fields, parking lots or on school property.   This is a City Ordinance and enforced by the City, Schools by the Noblesville Police Department.

·         No one under the age of 14 is permitted in the scoring towers

·         Grills are not permitted at the ballpark or in the parking lot at NYB. Grills are allowed in front of Hazel Dell Elementary.

·         Please be sure to clean all trash from you dugout at the end of your game

·         Parking shall be allowed in designated locations ONLY. If you do not park in a designated location, your vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.

·         RV or large camper parking is prohibited in the south lot (lot closest) to the fields.   RV’s, large camper vehicles must park in the north lot.

·         There is no overnight parking at NYB, the parking lot, or in front of Hazel Dell Elementary School.

·         Outside coolers are not allowed at NYB Field of Dreams.

·         Observation or all other park rules as noted on the Park Rules Board located at the entrance to each set of fields.

·         BATTING CAGES

-          Adult or Coach Supervision required at all time.  No youth (16 or under) permitted without adult or coach supervision.

-          Batting helmets required at all times.

-         No noise makers are allowed.
 L-screens required for any live pitching or any time there is active hitting occurring in cage.  If no L-screen is available – DO NOT LIVE PITCH AND NO HITTING LIVE PITCHING IS ALLOWED.

Please make sure that all of your players and parents receive a copy of these rules.
