2018 Travel Tryout Prep Camp

Travel Tryout Preparation Camps!! 

Believe it or not, Travel Tryouts for the 2019 season are just around the corner!    Most tryouts begin in late July and run through August....great upcoming opportunity to be prepared! 

Camp will focus on all aspects of travel tryout evaluations.  Camp drills are designed to develop the 5 tools of a baseball player which include: running (speed), arm strength, hitting, power, and defensive skills.  Camp will be college showcase / pro tryout format, which is similar to the format of most travel tryout evaluations.  We will teach each stage, so each athlete can be better prepared when their official tryout date arrives!
 
When:
Session I- July 9th-10th (Mon/Tues)
Session II- July 16th-17th (Mon/Tues)

Time:   9:00AM-12:00(NOON) each day. 

Ages:  7-14 yrs old

Cost:  $100 for ONE SESSION, $175 for BOTH SESSIONS

Where:
Camp will be conducted at Noblesville Youth Baseball (NYB) Complex
3025 Westfield Road, Noblesville, IN 46062  

Meet the Instructors:
Wes Whisler
Graduated from Noblesville HS in 2001 and named Indiana's Mr. Baseball. Wes accepted a baseball scholarship to UCLA. Selected in the second round (52nd overall) in the 2004 MLB Draft by the Chicago White Sox.  Wes made his Major League Debut in 2009 with the Chicago White Sox.  Was with the White Sox for 9 1/2 seasons, and a half season with the Florida Marlins.
